Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that our clients:
- Cancel 24hrs in advance so that the Esthetician has an opportunity to reschedule another client.
- Cancelations occurred on the day of service will incur a fee of 100% of the cost of service.
- Cancelations and No Shows will be charged to credit card on file prior to booking another service.
- Clients with one or more ” No Shows” will not be allowed to book future services and will be taken out of the system.
- PMU Service Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE!!
