We strive to provide a personalized experience to all our clients. When you book your appointment, the time is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that our clients: Cancel 24 hours in advance so that the esthetician may have the opportunity to reschedule another client. Cancellations that occur on the day of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Clients that fail to show will be charged a “No shows” fee, which is 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Cancellation and “No Show” fees will be charged to the credit card on file prior to booking another service.
